In Guastalla, close to Parma, one company combines the two — with an intimate understanding of the culinary arts and true engineering skills. This is Bertazzoni, managed by a fourth-generation family member, whose stoves are sold throughout Italy and the choice of discriminating cooks all over the world.

 

Bertazzoni Professional Series 30” and 36” gas ranges feature one-piece stainless steel cook tops, precision engineered high performance burners with a firepower of 50,000 BTUs, safe and reliable ignition systems, and intuitive controls for accurate cooking. The ovens have the widest opening in their class, with exceptionally sturdy racks which can be stowed away in a bottom storage compartment.

36” models are available in eight painted decorator colors using a process similar to that used by Ferrari and Maserati, and Bertazzoni ranges are all cabinet depth so they don’t protrude from the cabinet line. They have a high power 15,000 BTU burner with DUAL FLAME CONTROLS for better heat control.

Introduced to celebrate the company’s 125th anniversary, the Bertazzoni Heritage Series of gas ranges takes its inspiration from the original Bertazzoni wood burning stoves. So the new design has all the technology and advanced engineering of the Bertazzoni professional series with the classic appeal of traditional style.

Each range carries the signature of Antonio, son of founder Francesco Bertazzoni, and the man whose energy and imagination made Bertazzoni wood burning stoves popular throughout Italy in the beginning of the last century.

The Bertazzoni heritage series is available in a 36-inch width with three color options. Accessory equipment includes matching range hood.
